• Being responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions for various clients.
• Identify and implement efficient development methods for the team.
• Collaborating with project managers and other developers on the implementation of new features and functionality.
• Closely working and communicating with customer's teams on long-term projects.

• Finnish language fluency.
• More than 3 years of experience in Software Development focusing on .NET/C# on the back-end.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue).
• Experience with Azure cloud is highly beneficial.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and database design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
