In this role, you'll help our clients solve real-world problems by designing and building AI-powered solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. You'll be involved in projects from early exploration and experimentation to scalable, production-grade deploymentbridging the gap between business, technology, and people.As a senior team member, you'll also mentor others, contribute to our AI strategy and practices, and play a key role in shaping how we work with AI in a responsible and ethical way.What You'll DoDesign, develop and deploy machine learning and AI solutions, including generative AI applications (leveraging LLMs and multimodal foundation models)Collaborate in cross-functional teams with designers, developers, and domain expertsContribute to client workshops and technical discovery sessionsBuild production-ready pipelines using MLOps best practicesLeverage cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCPContinuously improve how we use and implement AI in a sustainable and ethical wayMentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the teamWhat We Hope You Bring5+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML engineeringStrong Python skills and hands-on experience with modern ML/GenAI stacks, e.g. training/inference with PyTorch/TensorFlow/HF, and agent frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel (or equivalents)Experience building evaluation and observability for LLM/agentic systems (e.g., Ragas, DeepEval, Langfuse/Phoenix, custom eval harnesses), including regression testing and quality gatesExperience deploying ML models into production environmentsUnderstanding of data engineering pipelines and APIsFamiliarity with MLOps tooling and AI platforms (e.g. MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)A curiosity-driven approach and a desire to stay current with AI trends and practicesFluent professional English (Finnish skills are considered a strong advantage), combined with great communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate client interactions with confidence.We dont expect you to tick every box. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact.
