As a Senior Software Developer, you'll play a key role in building scalable systems and helping us deliver high-quality software in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Building scalable SaaS solutions using C#/.NET or Node.js on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend Working in a modern development environment using tools such as Copilot and Claude Code Exploring and adopting new AI-driven development tools that improve productivity and engineering efficiency Contributing to the technical direction and architecture of our core products Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions What we're looking for Strong full-stack development skills Solid experience with Node.js or C#/.NET on the backend Experience with TypeScript and React Experience with Docker and cloud environments AI-native mindset: actively using AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and rethink traditional engineering workflows Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Fluent English, written and spoken Nice to have: experience designing scalable software architectures or knowledge of secure software design/cybersecurity About QOCO We're a fast-growing company building next-generation SaaS solutions for the aviation industry.
