We're looking for a skilled software developer with solid experience in both Python and React. Well, a great one! Youll design, develop and optimize software in close collaboration with our talented Vincit colleagues and our customers multi-skilled global teams. Youll be bouncing around ideas with equally great minds.

What are we looking for?

We hope youve built real-life information systems from the ground up not just written code, but helped shape something meaningful and functional. This is a hands-on full stack role with a slight backend emphasis.

Solid skills in Python, with experience in FastAPI or Django (were talking about at least 45 years of experience)

Experience in React and modern frontend development

Understanding of information system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)

Familiarity with relational databases, and ideally some experience with Node.js or Java

Interest or hands-on experience in AI-driven development and language models

A team player mindset and ability to write clean, maintainable code

To ensure effective communication, including with Finnish-speaking customers, proficiency in both English and Finnish is essential for this role.
