As an AI Developer, you will help identify, evaluate, implement and maintain stateoftheart AI solutions that enhance our products and services.Key Responsibilities Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for our service solutions and customer projects Design user-friendly workflows that integrate GenAI solutions into daily processes to improve user experience and business outcomes Provide expert guidance on the value creation and best practices of GenAI solutions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Software Development, Engineering, and Technical CommunicationWe appreciate, if you have: Relevant educational background (e.g., B.E., M.Sc. (Tech)) Background in GenAI development and ability to work with modern AI development frameworks Knowledge of building AI Agents and understanding of RAG & Knowledge Graph Skills in tools like Python, Azure OpenAI Responses API, OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP, Docker and Git Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
