Were hiring an AI Engineer to help us design and deliver smart, user-first features powered by large language models. Youll work on intelligent tools that automate repetitive tasks and enhance the candidate experience, always with the end-user in mind.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This isnt about AI for the sake of AI. Youll be building tools that free recruiters from repetitive work and give them more time to focus on people. Youll work closely with our Head of Product and engineers to prototype, test, and ship real features from idea to production. We're ready to scale. Youll help us do it right. You will:

• Design & build features
• Create user-facing AI tools matching agents, scheduling bots, feedback generators using LLMs and modern frameworks.
• Prototype & iterate
• Explore new techniques (prompt chaining, embeddings, agents, etc.) and turn ideas into MVPs quickly.
• Integrate into production
• Work with backend engineers to ensure clean architecture, compliance, and performance at scale.
• Stay ahead of the curve
• Keep up with evolving LLM capabilities, regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act), and share learnings with the team.

OUR TECH STACK

• Languages & Frameworks: Python, FastAPI, RAG, Docker.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Vector DBs (pinecone, faiss etc), Apache Solr.
• Also, we work with a wide range of both open-source and proprietary foundation models, leveraging tools and platforms
• Infrastructure & Workflow: GitLab, Linear, Slack

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves

• Solid Python experience (23+ years)
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or ML-based systems
• Familiarity with embeddings, prompt engineering, vector stores
• Ability to own feature development independently
• Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, version control, testing)

Your background

• Youve worked in a product team or AI consultancy (ideally 50200 ppl)
• Youve built production AI features (not just side projects or courses)
• Youre curious about agentic systems and the next wave of applied AI

Compensation & Ownership

We believe in a compensation model, which includes fixed salary, variable compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to become a shareholder in TalentAdore. At the beginning of employment, the fixed salary is approximately 4600-5200 per month, with a tailored total compensation model based on your previous experience and financial situation. As a testament to our shared goals, we provide an opportunity to acquire shares, giving you a direct stake in TalentAdores success and future growth.
