Rightware, based in Finland and founded in 2009, is a software product company with the mission to create the most sophisticated HMI framework and ecosystem. With an additional presence in 7 other countries, we are a collection of 120+ experts in graphics, gaming and UI development, focused on delivering Kanzi, our advanced HMI toolchain. Over 50 automotive brands worldwide trust Kanzi for the creation of a rich user experience.
Our current AI team, is looking to recruit 3 new experts! You and the others we are hiring will be responsible for quite a few things. There will be research topics, project work, focus areas and space to experiment and flourish. You can work solo as you wish, but you also have a team to bounce ideas off. Specifically, you will work on generating functional UIs, multi-model interaction models, and SLM (Small Language Models) on embedded hardware. And some more of your tasks:
Test out different AI libraries and models related to graphics and multimodal user interfaces
Package the libraries into a format that can be deployed to cloud
Integrate the functionality to a frontend
Design/Optimize cloud serving solution for maintainability, speed and cost
Establish ML Ops for own trained models
Collaborate with marketing to deliver demos
Collaborate with product team to integrate AI features
Requirements:
Strong programming skills
Python
Solid math foundation (linear algebra, statistics, calculus)
Ability to build complex technical projects independently
A genuine curiosity about AI
Hands-on experience with AI tooling, AI coding workflow (and something related you can show us)
You can work independently but you can also work well with others
Excellent communication skills
Bonus skills:
C++ (this would light us all up as it would show your seriousness as a programmer)
React/JS
DCC tools
computer graphics, 2D and 3D
Experience with LLMs
